About Us
Over 20
years of industry experience and 8 years as the largest and longest
running magazine of its kind.
In October 2001, QBM, Inc., the
publishers of Quinceañera & Bride Magazine, responded to an
overwhelming need for a premium quality magazine and website dedicated
to providing ideas and inspiration for quinceañeras and brides. It has become the leading
source of trustworthy information and top-notch referrals to
quinceañeras, brides and their families as they approach one of the most
important days in their lives. For the past eight years we
have commited to making a lasting impact on the community, by supporting
family traditions and values.
Our distribution is un-matched,
printing 120,000 copies a year in over 1000 strategic distribution
points is part of the reason our magazine continues to be so
successful. With the integration of our very own TV Show, Expo, and
Website, we create a direct link between professionals and our
readers.
About
the Publisher
Raul
Juarez began his career in the quinceañera and bridal
industry at the age of 13 as he worked along side his father as a
videographer for several years. After graduating from Memorial High
School in 1992, he continued working as a professional videographer and
helped increase his fathers business by creating a strategic marketing
campaign that would take the family business to the next level.
Once the business had successfully established its name as one of the
most reputable and fastest-growing companies in Houston, he followed his
dream of joining the military.
Raul Juarez
served ten years in the United States Marine Corps Reserves, while
attending college at the same time. He graduated from the University of
Houston in 1996 with a Criminal Justice Degree, as well as graduating
top of his class from the Police Academy. Soon after he began a career
in Law Enforcement serving as a Harris County Deputy Constable.
Years later he
realized there was a demand for an informative magazine that would cater
to quinceañeras and brides. Using his knowledge and expertise, he created a
valuable tool for both event professionals and his readers. In 2001,
the first ever publication for quinceañeras and brides in Houston was
introduced. QBM, Inc. has since grown to a multi-media company,
offering optimum visibility by providing TV shows, Expos, and Website.
No other
publication of its kind can claim to do the same.
